Anywhere365 is UCT’s Unified Contact Centre (UCC) solution. It is currently being used in over 30 contact centres across campus. Anywhere365 boasts a wealth of features and improvements which increases efficiency in these contact centres and make consultants’ work considerably easier and less stressful.
