- The G: Drive is a shared network space that is ideal for collaborative work. It is meant for work-related data only, not personal files.
- External hard drives are portable storage options are useful for keeping your files with you. However, don’t rely solely on them and make sure to back up important files to a cloud service or network storage as well.
