You can install the software anywhere and at any time.

Where can I save my data?

You can save your files on One Drive for Business.

Will I have access to Microsoft 365 once I leave the University?

Currently, this offering is not for life, so access will be revoked once you graduate from UCT.

Can I share files with colleagues?

Yes, by using OneDrive for business. Navigate to the Microsoft 365 portal and click OneDrive (under the Collaborate with Office Online section).
