To help ICTS service your request effectively, please ensure that you comply with the following prerequisites:
- Fulfil the fundamental customer responsibilities.
- Provide accurate and complete information about the hardware and software to be installed, and sign the Hardware Service Form.
- Provide location information and access.
- Make your own data backup.
- When non-standard software is to be installed, provide the original licenced media.
- Provide installation and driver discs for the hardware.
