To help ICTS service your request effectively, please ensure that you comply with the following prerequisites:

  • Fulfil the fundamental customer responsibilities.
  • Provide accurate and complete information about the hardware and software to be installed, and sign the Hardware Service Form.
  • Provide location information and access.
  • Make your own data backup.
  • When non-standard software is to be installed, provide the original licenced media.
  • Provide installation and driver discs for the hardware.
