If you’ll be hosting conferences regularly and want to purchase video conferencing equipment for long-term use, it's best to permanently install the equipment.

ICTS will need time to source the required equipment and the configuration process may be lengthy, so it’s best to request the service at least two months before you require it.

  • Two 65-inch monitors with high definition specification. 
  • Two desk microphones. 
  • Camera. 
  • Connection to the network (ISDN optional). 
  • Optional features include:
    • Recording and archiving of sessions.
    • Streaming of sessions (live or on-demand).
Tele-presence room (where people geographically separate appear to be in the same room) also known as room-in-a-room and immersive video conferencing.
  • Remote room will need a similar set up. 
  • The equipment or setup is custom-built to fit the venue. 
  • Features:
    • Interoperable with high and standard definition video conference systems. 
    • Optimised venue for lighting and acoustics.

To request advice or go ahead with a purchase, log a call with ICTS. We will assist you in the whole process from start to finish, including post-purchase maintenance.

  1. Log on to ServiceNow Customer View using your network username and password.
