UCT classroom

The Classroom Support Services team (CSS) provides assistance for the technology in on upper, middle, lower and Hiddingh campuses. The philosophy of CSS is to provide responsive support (repairing faulty equipment) and pre-emptive support (reducing the likelihood of technical faults occurring).
Additionally, the CSS team maintains a pool of spare stock items so that audio-visual equipment can be quickly replaced or repaired as needed.

NOTE: The CSS team is responsible only for technology support in classrooms. This means audio-visual equipment, lecterns, computers and projectors. Any broken furniture, lighting or structural damage should be reported to Properties and Services.
