The Classroom Support Services team (CSS) provides assistance for the technology in centrally-bookable classrooms on upper, middle, lower and Hiddingh campuses. The philosophy of CSS is to provide responsive support (repairing faulty equipment) and pre-emptive support (reducing the likelihood of technical faults occurring).
Additionally, the CSS team maintains a pool of spare stock items so that audio-visual equipment can be quickly replaced or repaired as needed.
NOTE: The CSS team is responsible only for technology support in classrooms. This means audio-visual equipment, lecterns, computers and projectors. Any broken furniture, lighting or structural damage should be reported to Properties and Services.
