As a place of study, research and work, UCT is a massive and complex organisation. The university community consists of approximately 25,000 staff, students and others individuals – each with their own role, requiring access to different facilities and services. UCT uses different systems to manage the various aspects of the institution – such as student administration, procurement, human resources and finance. Some of these systems are managed by ICTS, while others are run by other departments at the university.
