To help ICTS service your request effectively, please ensure that you comply with the following prerequisites:
- Fulfil the fundamental customer responsibilities.
- Provide the fund and cost centre.
- Provide authorisation from the fund holder.
- Complete an asset form for purchases over the asset register threshold value (currently R15000 per unit).
- Provide an email address and accept email as a valid form of communication.
- Specify for whom the goods are intended, whether delivery and installation are required, and if so, a delivery location.
- Provide access to the delivery location.
