ICTS has been contracted by Student Housing & Residence Life to manage the Baxter Student Learning Centre as well as the Avenue Road residence, Clarinus, Forest Hill, Liesbeeck, Obz Square and Rochester residence labs. Lee-Ann Smith is the Lab Administrator and she manages the labs and provides assistance to UCT staff who want to book the Baxter lab. Lee-Ann, together with Customer Service Administrator, Lyle Rimmer and other lab assistants, help students where necessary and ensure that they abide by the UCT lab rules.
