Add contacts to the directory

Press More icon .

Press People.
-
Press the Add icon in the right-hand corner.

Press Add from directory.

Search or select from the connect list below.

Select the user and which group you want to add the user to, like favourite!

Save by clicking the correct icon on the right-hand side upper corner.

Make a call by selecting a person from the contact directory screen and press the Dial soft key.
Set up call forwarding
Forward calls to voicemail

On the home screen, tap Settings .

In the Settings menu, navigate to Calling or Call Features.

Look for Call Forwarding or Forward Calls and select it.

Configure the call forwarding destination to Voicemail phone, which will automatically forward to your voicemail.

Save or confirm your settings.
Forward calls to a contact number

Select Forwarding and choose the Contact or Number.

Enter the contact number you want calls to be forwarded to.

Save or confirm your settings.
Set up call forwarding to a call group
Please note: This can be done only on your Microsoft Teams desktop client.

Select Settings and more next to your profile picture in Teams.

Select Settings , then Calls.

Under Call answering rules, select Forward my calls.

In the Forward to menu, select Call group.

Under Add people, add the people you want in your call group. You can add up to 25 people. Note: Everyone you add will get a notification.
Create a new call group

Click Chat on the left-hand side of Teams.

Select the Chat drop-down > Contacts.
-
Click Create a new contact group at the bottom of the pane.

Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new group.
Set up simultaneous ring
Assign incoming calls to ring you and someone else (such as a delegate) simultaneously in Teams.

At the top of Teams, select Settings and more next to your profile picture.

Select Calls.
-
Under Call answering rules, select Calls ring me.

Click Also ring and select either another person, no one, or a call group.
Note: if you don't see any options for simultaneous ring in your settings, you may not have an Enterprise Voice or Business Voice licence. Licence changes can take up to 24 hours to take effect.
Set up simultaneous ring in a call group

Under Call answering rules, select Calls ring me.

In the Also ring menu, select Call group.

Under Add people, add the people you want in your call group. You can add up to 25 people within UCT.

Go to the Ring order menu and select All at the same time to ring everyone simultaneously or, In the order above to call people in 20-second intervals. If your call group has six or more people, incoming calls will ring all of them simultaneously.
Enable Do Not Disturb
This feature prevents your phone from ringing when you get incoming calls. When the feature is enabled, calls to your number are logged in the Missed Calls list or forwarded to another party if you’ve set up call forwarding. Your caller’s screen will display a flashing icon and text informing them that your Do Not Disturb feature is on.
To enable/disable Do Not Disturb.

Click your Picture icon and select available.

Under available, select Do Not Disturb

To remove Do Not Disturb, follow step one and select reset.
Restart your phone
In some cases, you may need to restart your phone. This could happen if you can’t resolve a problem with the phone or when you update the phone software. There are two ways to restart your phone:
