ICT-related policies
The ICT Policy Management System is now live, offering a standardised process for managing ICT-related policies and related documents. The new system centralises policy governance and ensures documentation remains current and accessible.
The system requires all ICT policies to
- use a standard template
- be stored in a central online register
- undergo regular review
Benefits include a central repository, improved accessibility, version control, and efficient lifecycle management.
View ICT-related policies
Access the ICT Policy Management System at https://uct.service-now.com/grc and log on with your UCT credentials.
You can then view all ICT-related policies, frameworks, standards, and SOPs.
Policy owners can also request updates to existing policies, while requests for new policies can be submitted by following the detailed instructions accessible under Read more on the homepage.
