Resolved: Problem affecting off-campus access to certain services
The problem that affected off-campus access to the UCT home page and PeopleSoft services has been resolved by ICTS and TENET. You can once again access these services as normal off-campus.

ICTS is aware of an issue affecting off-campus access to the UCT home page and PeopleSoft services. In addition, some off-campus users are unable to connect to the UCT VPN service.
We have reported the issue to our internet service provider – TENET – who are investigating. We will keep you updated as progress is made.
