Microsoft released its Windows 10 operating system in 2015 for personal and enterprise use. Since then, there have been various updates to this operating system. Each time a new update is made available for enterprise, ICTS has to test it to ensure that the latest version is compatible with existing ICT systems, services and applications used at UCT. This means, that UCT will always be a version or two behind the latest available version as testing is ongoing.
ICTS has successfully completed Windows 10 22H2 testing. View the list of Windows 10 versions released since 2015.
System requirements for the UCT environment
The system requirements for the technical previews are as follows:
- Processor: 2.8 GHz or faster (Dual core/First Gen i3)
- RAM: 4GB gigabyte minimum (8GB is, however, recommended for the UCT environment)
- Hard drive: 240GB
Check your computer's RAM and processor

Click Start > right-click Computer > and click Properties.

In the System window under System check the Processor and Installed memory (RAM) information.

If you're still using Windows 7, please provide this information when logging a call to upgrade to Windows 10.
