Resolved: Problem affecting some ICT systems and services

The problem that affected voice services as well as some ICT systems and services has since been resolved. All services are operating as normal.

Our network engineers will continue to monitor the situation.

In addition to the voice services issue reported earlier (which is currently being addressed), we’re aware of slow response times within some ICT systems and services. 

Our engineers are working to identify and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

ICTS is aware of a problem affecting phone calls to and from non-UCT numbers.

Our technicians will restart the voice services platform today (16 September) at 11:10 a.m. to try and resolve the issue.
