The problem affecting eduroam has now been resolved. If you are still experiencing a problem connecting, please try one of the following solutions (in this order):

  1. Forget the eduroam wireless network, then reconnect to it.
  2. Restart your device or laptop.
  3. Set up your connection using the eduroam CAT tool.

ICTS is aware of a problem affecting the UCT wireless service. Some customers are unable to connect to eduroam. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, and will keep you updated in due course.

In the interim, if you are able to use a wired connection in your location, please do so.
