ICTS is aware of a problem affecting external and internal phone calls to x4500, which covers various services.
At present, when selecting the IT Helpdesk option or the Managed Print Services option, calls are not connected to the relevant service. The Classroom Support Services option remains unaffected.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
