In our efforts to improve support, ICTS is conducting an inventory of all telephonic devices used by UCT staff. This initiative – which covers both headsets and handsets – will also help us to maintain accurate records and manage device allocations more effectively. 

What you need to do

If you use a UCT-owned headset or handset, please provide us with the details by filling out this online form by 6th June 2025.  

This will allow us to properly support your device and check that it is correctly registered.
