ICTS Front Office on Upper Campus to re-open on 7th April 2021
We are pleased to announce that the ICTS Front Office on Upper Campus will re-open for walk-in service on Wednesday 7th April 2021. It will be accessible to all students and staff that either have permission to be on campus or have valid letters of authority.
Assistants in the Front Office are available to help you with a number of services.
The office is situated in the Computer Science Building on Cissie Gool Plaza. It is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Please use University Avenue to get to the Front Office. Enter either via Cissie Gool Plaza from the library side or through the front entrance of the Computer Science Building.
Please adhere to Covid-19 protocols
Strict adherence to Covid-19 protocols is mandatory.
- Wear a mask at all times.
- A maximum of 3 customers are allowed inside the Front Office at one time.
- Practice social distancing when queuing.
- Sanitise your hands when entering the office.
Mowbray walk-in centre still closed
Please note that the ICTS walk-in centre at 7 Main Road, Mowbray, is still closed for walk-in assistance. You may only visit this centre if you’ve followed the official process and been given an appointment by ICTS, as outlined in this article. If you need immediate in-person assistance, please visit the Upper Campus location mentioned above.
