ICTS has resolved the issue that prevented some students from accessing their OneDrive for Business accounts.
Those previously affected can now access OneDrive for Business online or via the desktop application.

ICTS is aware that about 2500 new students are currently unable to access OneDrive for Business – the Microsoft 365 cloud storage service which gives each student 1TB of online storage.
We are attending to this issue with urgency, and expect that these students will be able to access the service in the coming days.
