Resolved: Problem affecting incoming calls to some UCT Contact Centres

ICTS has resolved an issue that intermittently affected numerous UCT Contact Centres today. Staff members who work in the following centres were unable to answer incoming calls:

•    UCT Libraries
•    CILT Helpdesk
•    GSB Switchboard
•    NBT
•    Medicines Information Centre
•    Student Records
•    IT Helpdesk
•    Classroom Support Services Helpdesk
•    UCT Switchboard
•    IAPO
•    Admissions
•    Student Fees
•    Student Support Services
•    SATVI Worcester Switchboard
•    Campus Protection Services
•    Student Financial Aid
