Polycom phones firmware upgrade scheduled for Saturday, 23rd March

ICTS will implement a firmware upgrade for certain Polycom phones on Saturday, 23rd March 2024, from 9:00 – 15:00.

Affected services

For those using the new CCX400 model, phone services may be temporarily disrupted during these times. If you’re using the old VVX310 model, you will not be impacted.

What you need to do

You are not required to take any action during this update. You can resume using your phone after it has undergone a minimum of three reboots or after waiting for at least 30 minutes. This timeframe will allow the device sufficient time to download and install updates automatically.
