The issues affecting some contact centres on campus have now been resolved. Contact centres are operating once more without delays in call transfers.
We will continue to monitor these services for stability.

Following last night’s emergency maintenance to address the issue affecting UCT contact centres, we are still working with our vendor on the problem. The issue is receiving the highest priority and we hope to resolve it as soon as possible. In the interim, you may continue to use these contact centres, but please be aware of possible delays during call transfers. And if you are working in one of these centres and you’re experiencing issues other than delays in call transfers, please log a call with the IT Helpdesk so that we can include your issue in the resolution efforts that are ongoing.
