Network Refresh project: wireless upgrades across campus

As part of the ongoing Network Refresh project, which aims to update and enhance the network and services, ICTS and our vendor will upgrade wireless infrastructure at buildings across campus over a number of months. The work will be done on a building by building basis, with short interruptions to wireless service in each building on the day of service.

The upgrades will enable faster connections, improved reliability in high-traffic areas, and stronger security.

How does it impact me?

There will be no impact on wired connections at all.

However, for wireless users, on the day your building is worked on, you may experience intermittent wireless issues during the implementation, as specified in the schedule below. If you need uninterrupted connectivity during this period, please use a wired connection where available.

After the implementation period is complete, if you experience issues with your wireless connection, please log a call for assistance.
