All services impacted by the Middle Campus Data Centre issue have been restored and are operating. Certain services may, however, experience some slowness until backlogs have been processed.
Aside from the abovementioned slowness, if you experience any other issues with ICT systems and services, please contact the IT Helpdesk for assistance.

For those affected by the network access and connectivity issues across the various campuses, sites may still from time-to-time appear to be offline during and due to load shedding.
Our engineers are continuing to make good progress in starting up affected services.

ICTS is aware of networking issues affecting connectivity across campus. This is in addition to the issue that we reported last night.
We are systematically working toward remediating these additional issues as a matter of urgency.
