SAP ESS upgrades on 27th September
On Wednesday 27th September, certain ESS and MSS services will be unavailable for a few hours.
ICTS will upgrade SAP Adobe Document Services next Wednesday (27th September), impacting the availability of certain SAP-related services.
How does it affect me?
On Wednesday 27th September, PDF-related aspects of Employee self-services (i.e. Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service) will be unavailable from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
During this period, you will not be able to access self-service tasks which make use of PDF documents, such as viewing of payslips or displaying IRP5 forms.
If you need to perform such tasks, please do so either before or after the upgrade period.
Functions unrelated to PDF, such as applying for leave, will remain unaffected.
