Microsoft no longer supports Microsoft Office for Mac 2011. This means, that if you are still using this version of Outlook, you will need to upgrade your software to Office 365 ProPlus or Office 2016 for Mac.
This package includes Outlook for Mac 2016.
Uninstall Office 2011

Click Go > Applications.

Drag the Microsoft Office 2011 folder to Trash.
Install Office 2016
If you’re running macOS X 10.9 (Mavericks) or earlier, please upgrade to at least macOS version 10.10 (Yosemite) or later. This will enable you to use Office 2016 on your Mac.
- Staff: Download Office 365 for Mac by visiting the Office 365 portal.
- Students: Download Office 365 for Mac by visiting the Office 365 portal in your myUCT interface.
