Mimecast has resolved the issue that affected our email communication with external recipients yesterday.

All externals emails are once again being delivered and received as normal.

Our technicians will, however, continue to monitor the situation.

We have been informed of an issue affecting Mimecast services in South Africa, which is currently impacting our email communications with external recipients. Emails sent between UCT addresses are not impacted. 

Mimecast is currently investigating the issue to identify the cause.
